Up to 25% of unused hours roll over to the following month. Additional hours billed at your package rate. No long-term contract — pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Thai clients: bank transfer (THB) · International clients: Wise or PayPal (USD)
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; project work is invoiced on completion. Rates are valid for 90 days from the date of this schedule and are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable.
